Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

I have to share this super easy and quick meal with you that is sure to warm the tummys of your friends and family.

Ingredients:
1 fully cooked rotisserie chicken
1 large can of chicken broth (32 oz maybe?)
1 bag of egg noodles
1-2 celery stalks, diced (into dime sized bites)
1-2 whole carrots, peeled and diced (into dime sized bites)
1-2 quarts of water
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Pour your broth and water into a stock pot and turn to medium-high. While you're waiting for that to boil, dice up the veges** and add them to the broth, along with your seasonings. (**I said 1-2 because some folks like more, some less. You can base this on your family size and pallet.) While that comes to a gentle boil, pull the meat off the chicken and set aside. Allow the broth and veges to boil for 20 minutes, or until the carrots and celery are tender. Add more water if needed because sometimes a good bit evaporates. Then add the meat and egg noodles and cook the noodles according to the time on the package. Be sure to taste the broth for proper seasonings.  And there you have it,
Chicken Noodle Soup! So so easy!

Feeds 6-8 folks.

This meal is great because you can share it with new mommies, sick friends, or your family. It costs no more than $12 dollars to make and it can be made quickly. It's no fuss, very simple and kid friendly!

Enjoy!
